No i pięknie wygląda :)
Potrzebne będą:
1 szklanka jogurtu greckiego
Garść ulubionych owoców (truskawki, maliny, borówki, u mnie bezapelacyjnie banan)
3 łyżki granoli (postaram się wykombinować w najbliższym czasie jakiś domowy przepis :))
Listki mięty
Mus truskawkowy*:
250 g truskawek
1 łyżka cukru
Wymieszane truskawki i cukier zblenduj (lub rozgnieć dokładnie widelcem).
Przygotowane owoce umieść na dnie naczynia, następnie dodaj jogurt grecki, polej odrobiną musu, posyp granolą i przyozdób miętą. Gotowe :)
*Część musu, która nie zostanie wykorzystana, może stanowić dodatek do lodów, naleśników, kopytek itd.
This kind of breakfast is probably not the most extraordinary one, but I find it super lovely. It's worth trying especially now, when all fruits are fresh and tasty. Quick, easy and pretty healthy. Let alone its visual part!
You'll need:
1 cup of Greek yogurt
A handful of fruits, for example strawberries, raspberries, blueberries and banana
3 tablespoons granola (hope to work out the perfect homemade recipe one day)
Fresh mint leaves
Strawberry sauce* (optional):
250 g straberries
1 tablespoon sugar (or more to taste)
Put strawberries in a tall bowl and add sugar. Mix the ingredients and blend them. Well, actually that's it...
Now put the fruits into a dish, add the Greek yogurt, pour a bit of the strawberry sauce, sprinkle with granola and decorate with mint leaves so it looks even more fabulous :)
*The leftovers can be add to pancakes, ice creams, smoothies or tea.
